These terms govern use of the hosted Cairnmind service at cairnmind.com. By creating a workspace or
connecting an agent you agree to them. Self-hosted deployments are governed by the agreement between you and
whoever operates that instance.
The service
Cairnmind ingests the data a workspace connects, builds a private per-workspace knowledge graph, and answers
questions with citations grounded in that data. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
During beta, features may change and availability is not guaranteed.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and agent tokens, and for all activity
under them. Revoke a key immediately if it is exposed.
Workspace owners and admins control membership, roles, connected sources, and issued keys.
You must have the right to connect and ingest any data you bring into a workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or store data you are not permitted to
process.
Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or
circumvent rate limits, quotas, or isolation controls.
Automated/agent access must respect the published rate limits and the scope of the key it uses.
Your data
You retain ownership of the content you bring. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the
Privacy Policy. You can export your workspace and delete it at any time.
AI output
Answers are generated by language models over your data and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify
important information against the cited sources before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the
output.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be
reflected by the "last updated" date.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service; you may stop
using the service and delete your workspace at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Cairnmind is not
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of
the service.
